Today no wireless broadband. lastnight upgrades being done locally, so looks like it hasn't worked out well. modem registers but no internet access, even though it is connecting on Hsdpa. Oh the many woes of this network just keep on coming.

Forgot to mention. Posting this using my Optus Prepaid Wireless Broadband. Comes in handy when Vodafone is out of action, so glad I kept it, but shouldn't have to. ![]()

My Vodafone Wireless Broadband has decided to work. Wish users were notified about these matters, and when to expect service restoration. I can guess what the answer to this will be, but modern technology is available to report faults and failures, to the appropriate personnel, to enable this to happen.

Hi Dave,
I can appreciate how frustrating it can be when you're not able to get online when you need to. In regards to coverage issues, different factors can effect coverage for example a faulty device, network outages, many people using the network in your area and also network upgrades.
You mentioned there have been upgrades in your area. It would be great if you could let me know your suburb and postcode, as this will allow me to check the upgrades and for any known issue that have been reported in your area.
Is this the first time you've experienced connectivity issues and do you know if any other Vodafone users in your area also experienced problems at this time?
