Hi, I'm trying to modify my global roaming settings via My Vodafone. Each time after I enter my PIN, I get the following error:
"You are unable to manage roaming settings for 04xxxxxxxx.
Please call Customer Care on 1555 to resolve this issue."
I called customer care and had the roaming settings confirmed as activated, which is fine, but why am I not allowed to change my settings?

Has anyone else encounterd this permissions error in My Vodafone? It doens't have to be for romaing settings...

Hi dasjournal,
You should definitely be able to toggle your International Roaming settings on and off yourself and I will gladly look into it for you.
As you are entering a pin number I assume that you are trying to do this through your MyVodafone account through your handset. Have you tried to login via PC and does the same error occur? This will just let me know if it's a handset or MyVodafone account issue. If it does then I can certainly escalate the issue to get it rectified for you.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried to access the roaming settings through my PC and my iPhone. The error is the same on both devices.
