Hello,

Like many other people here I didn't write down the VF order number thinkiing I would get a confirmation email; However 5 days have past and I still have not recieved an confirmation email only the email asking to verify my email for online billing!

I am in the dark here and not sure whats going on? Could someone please advise me the status of my order.

Hi. I ordered a phone on a plan yesterday, and didnt write down the order number as it said itd be sent to my email. just wondering why i have not recieved this yet, as i want to track my order, and also dont even know if my application was approved or accepted or wha ever. Help please?

Hi Renee, 

Exciting that you ordered a new phone on a plan, what did you get? There is sometimes a 24 hour delay in receiving your confirmation email. Have you checked your accounts junk and spam filters to make sure the confirmation email hasn't gone missing in action?

Hi guys,

Looks like I am not the only one having this problem. I ordered a Galaxy S 2 as a new customer plan and the page refreshed itself on checkout when displaying the invoice. I thought that was OK since I will get a confirmation email but it has been almost 2 weeks and yet the email hasn't arrived. I have called support and it seems that noone can help me look up the order saying "they don't have access unless you have the VF number" which obviously i never received.

I did however got a confirmation of online billing with a customer number. Can anyone help me shed some light to the progress of my order or how I can retrieve my order number?

Hi Qamal, 

Have you checked your junk mail and spam filters in this time to make sure the email isn't there and just hasn't been uncovered yet?

If you cannot see your confirmation email there please let me know and I'll follow this up for you.

checked all my junk and email inboxes again, still not there, and its been over 24 hours..
