Hi James,
These are the answer of the sellers.
First Seller:
Dear smuljono.2008,
Hi,
1. This item just fits for the GSM SIM Card which frequency is 900/1800/1900MHz (So-called 2G card).
Please note that the main panel does NOT fit the 3G Card or any GSM card with 3G function.
So confirm your SIM Card with your local carrier (Vodafone) before purchasing.
2.The APN and MMS setting way
et MMS allocation: 21# APN# USER# PASS# IP# PORT# MMSHomepage#
(for details, please contact your local MMS service provider). Thanks.
Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Hi mul,
Thanks for your post. I'd really love to be able to help you get SMS alarm device functioning, however if the required SIM needs to be solely 2G, I am not able to guarantee your current Vodafone SIM will function correctly in the device. If you would like to check the compatibility of you current device with our Network you can do so on our website here.
I would recommend contacting the manufacturers of the device for further assistance. We’re not able to assist with any further information regarding a third party device or recommend a specific one for your needs.
Thanks,
Gemma

Hi James,
This is the Net work parameter setting (page 32 User Manual)
Generally, User don't need to set the network parameter before use.
The factory have set the right parameter according to different
country's GSM network provider.
If your remote camera can't send MMS all the time, you can try
to do following operation.
MMS center setting:
Master sends following SMS command
#124#MMS center#
for example
#124#http://mmsc.monternet.com#
Set APN Parameters
Master sends following SMS command
#125#gateway IP # guccesfully, it will reply
"set operatorateway port# APN #
APN user name # APN password #
for example:
#125#10.0.0.172#9201#cmwap#wap#wap#
Could you set the parameter for MMS Center and APN ?
Thank you very much in advanced.
Best regards,
Muljono
Note:
This is my opinion:
If this alarm can't send MMS, better we wait until Australian's company
As examples.
Dick Smith Electronics sell SMS,MMS alarm
Ness (WWW.NESS.COM.AU) produce SMS,MMS alarm
I am sorry , if someone doesn't agree with my opinion.
