Hi, I added an ipad online to my existing Vodafone account yesterday and am wondering how long it should take to receive a confirmation email? I didn't write down the tracking number, is it possible to retrieve that now?

Thanks for your post. It's fantastic to hear that you have just added an iPad to your account. Getting a new device/gadget is always an exciting time, and I can certainly understand wanting to be able to track your order status 

You should receive your new device within approximately 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location, whether your order was placed before 3pm (AEST), and whether your order and credit approval has been confirmed. You can find more information about online orders via our delivery FAQ's here. I would recommend checking your junk mail folder and email spam filters as sometimes our emails appear to be filtered here. 

If you haven't received your confirmation email and your device has not arrived within the 2-5 business day time frame I would recommend contacting our Sales team on 1300 300 404 (8am to 8pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm weekends) for assistance tracking your order status. For privacy reasons, I cannot see your specific order details, but if you have any specific questions about the order process our team is here to help.
