What is wrong with prepaid wifi broadband Internet in my area. Sometimes no signal, sometimes poor and slow Internet and happening since last week? Page load time takes 5 minutes or sometime doesn't load at all?

Looking at the coverage maps, you should be getting decent 850 coverage and there are no outages or works reported for Oak Park that would be affecting your service. Clearly that's not what you're experiencing, so Id like to get some more information to help me find out what is happening with your service and get it sorted out for you as quickly as I can.
Can you please let me know which model modem you're using (Pocket WiFi 1, 2 or Pro) and how many bars of signal are showing for your connection (and if the icon is showing as E, 3G, H or H+)? This information will help me understand which network layer you are connecting to and where the issue may be occurring.
If you haven't already, can I also please get you to try connecting your device using the USB cable to see if there is any difference in your connection speeds when using it as a wired device?
I'm looking forward to your response so that I can get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible. If you notice any changes or if you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know.
Cheers,
-Bruno.

Hi
I am using K3571-Z usb device and having 2 bars of signal. Sometimes I get 3g and sometimes HSUPA and its changing very quickly. Data getting in Byte, 1 or 2 MByte and 0 byte its also changing all the time. I even cannot get a page in my browser and after 5 to 10 minutes I get reload message from browser because not enough data to load a single page. Please do something or I will complaint to telco ombudman about this problem because I fill that this a total ripped off.

I can help you work out what's going on.
The first thing I'd like to do is take a look at the coverage in your area, to see what frequency the network runs on. We run three different frequencies- 2100MHz and 850MHz in most areas, and 900MHz in regional areas.
Some devices work on all of those frequencies, whilst others only operate on 1 or 2 of them. The K3571 works on only the 2100MHz and 900MHz networks.
It would be great if you could let me know your postcode, so that I can check our Coverage Map to see which frequency is strongest in your area. You can check out the coverage map yourself if you like, by following this link.
You can also enter the name of your specific modem in the Coverage Checker, and it will narrow down the frequencies that display on the map to the ones compatible with your device.
Additionally, it would be great if you could let me know if the time at which you're trying to access the net from your USB modem has an affect on your speeds i.e. do your speeds get slower at a particular time each day?
Please let me know. I'm keen to work with you to find a solution.
Thanks,
Nick
