I have just signed up to Vodafone service? I used to subscribe with 3, and now that my contract is finished, I moved to Vodafone. Back then I used Skype all the time, and had no problem. But now after I changed to Vodafone, when I tried to get in Skype, it prompted me to sign up to Skype Talk subscription by Vodafone, so I followed the link and sign up, and I even upgraded to the new Skype application from Vodafone. And now after I installed it, and just when I click the Skype app, it says "No internet access points defined on this phone. Please specify one and try again".
I looked up on Nokia help centre, and it tells how to Define a New Access Point. And I have done all that, but still prompt me to Define Internet Access Point.
Does anyone ever had the same problem? your help would be much appreciated.
It's great to hear you've jumped on board with us, and I'll definitely help you get Skype set up on your phone.

Did you bring your Nokia E71 across from 3 Mobile, or did you purchase this from Vodafone? If you brought it across from 3 Mobile, you may need to change the APN (Access Point Name) settings. You can do this by following the prompts on our website here. Once you've selected your mobile make and model, select 'set up your phone for internet'.
