Hi Den. If you are referring to service received from calling 1555, then you may be waiting some time for a response. 1555 is an embarrassment to VF. However, I personally have had a great response from VF staff on here. You may have to to and fro a little, to get the data they require to resolve your issue, but that is worthwhile. I was very unhappy with my initial VF service, but those technical issues have been resolved and my service now works fine. Good luck. Ben.
