IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE?????????

Is there anybody out there who has had a positive outcome from Vodafone Technical Support, upgrades etc ??? Anything????

Hi Den. If you are referring to service received from calling 1555, then you may be waiting some time for a response.  1555  is an embarrassment to VF. However, I personally have had a great response from VF staff on here. You may have to to and fro a little, to get the data they require to resolve your issue, but that is worthwhile. I was very unhappy with my initial VF service, but those technical issues have been resolved and my service now works fine. Good luck. Ben.

I've never had to call TS, but have called 1555 in regards to accounts > up/downgrades and have always had a positive outcome (ie: credits applied/waived for it - yay). Yes calls may take 15-30mins, but as I have worked in a call centre for an internet provider that is the standard when you change anything on the account. So that is acceptable according to me.
