Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to terminate my contract with Vodafone for mobile broadband services. Account name: (removed personal information) Mobile broadband number: (removed personal information) I'm terminating this contract because I believe Vodafone customer service and coverage has been well below that which would be considered reasonable and is arguably in breach of the terms and conditions as set out in the contract. I trust this all the information you need to fulfill my request. Kind regards, (removed personal information) Ph: (removed personal information)

Hi Tom,
I can certainly help you terminate your contract with Vodafone for your mobile broadband service. Are you able to confirm if your service is month to month, or out of contract?
If your service is month to month or out of contract, there will be no early exit fees when you terminate. However, if your service is still in contract, there will be an early exit fee. The early exit fee will be your monthly access fee x the months left in your contract.
Has our Network Team investigated the issue you are having with your service? If not, I am able to run through some troubleshooting with you. If I'm not able to resolve the issue in the public forum, I can PM you our contact details and escalate your issue to our Network Team, for further investigation.
There's a great troubleshooting guide right here on the Community - if you go through the steps, please copy Part III, and paste your answers back into your thread, and I will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Kirsty.

Vodafone,
Never again!
Needless to say you did not waive my $37 early termination fee, despite my protestations that you were in breach of contract with your terrible network reliability and overtly disingenuous customer service.
See if you can at least do this for me:
remove me from this forum
remove all of my details from your database
ensure that i never receive spam from vodafone
Good luck turning around your company losses and decline in customer base in Australia. You might want to start with a review your corporate ethics and ensure that you can actually provide a service before you sell it.

I would like to terminate my contract,
Please tell me how to do it online as there is not email address that I can find after searching for it for a couple hours.

I can certainly take a look at this for you.
Unfortunately you will be unable to cancel the contract online. However I can certainly do this for you. Please email me at online.help@vodafone.com.au with code 524CBPGI in the subject line and the information here in the body of the email with your details filled out.
Thank you,
Bree.
