Dear Vodafone,

This is Kazuhisa and I would like to cancel my 12-month plan for pocket wifi with 12GB of data. It is out of contract already. I prefer to have done cancellation procedure on-line as I've completed my study and am overseas from Australia now. I appreciate it for your help in advance.

It's sad to hear we will be losing you as a customer, but if your no longer in Australia than I'll definitely help you disconnect your service. 

As your out of contract there will be no early exit fee applied to your final invoice with us. Were you wishing to keep the number associated with this plan, in case you decide to return to Australia?
