This is the first time I have to introduce myself when I am a customer.

I have been experiencing service for customer by leaving customer more options.

 

Anyway I am not satisafied with Vodafone because I have been used with 3G style of customer service (try to fit for your tone).

Your usage tracking displaying quite different quality of data from the first time I logged in, which was just within one month.

 

And my bill is wired - two months charge of $29 plan as $67 something. Is it equal even with GST?

 

Seriously doubt your service. Could you please calculate it manually and show it in MyVodafone properly?

I'm new to this community but been a loyal Vodafone customer for more than 5 years. I've been very unhappy with Vodafone for at least the past 12 months. I pay $69 plan for over 12 hrs of drop outs on both network and 3G. It's becoming ridiculous to be holding a phone when I can't even use one. This is for both my home AND work hours.

I read people get waived their bills for 6 months, how come I only get 20% off mine? Kinda unfair!

Shocking Customer Service!

Hi All,

 

New to the community, this may not be the right place to post this but I don't seem to be able to post a new message except replying to one ... so here goes ....

 

2 years of being a good pay master and loyal customer to Voda and I decided to speak to the Upgrage division on 1 June to determine if there is a good reason as to why I should continue with you guys ... and my conversation with Prashan confirms a big NO!

 

Instead of getting to the reason of my call I was grilled for 15 minutes with questions on my visa and residency status.  For a while there I thought I've reached the immigration department instead of a phone company! What a joke! Anyway ... just to let you guys know that I will be terminating my contract upon expiry and will be moving on to another provider ... thanks for everything!

Hey everybody,

 

I'm Kevin a new member to Vodafone with my purchase of a Playstation Vita. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it as I am an avid gamer of many genres. I am an AFL fan as well as enjoying many other sports. I keep myself fit and enjoy walking my sisters dogs and taking them for a run around the park at times.

 

I know this may not be the right forum but if I could please get someone to message me how to get hold of my Wipeout2048 code for my Vita I would be very grateful. I satisfy all the eligibility requirements and it has been over 72 hours. If somebody could help me out online I'd very much appreciate it.

Hi 

My name is Edward and I am a vodafone user with an iPhone 3gs.  All worked well until this evening when my signal strength dropped to SOS ONLY?  I am located in Margaret River in the SW of Western Australia.  Can anyone help with information on what has happened?
