This is the first time I have to introduce myself when I am a customer.
I have been experiencing service for customer by leaving customer more options.
Anyway I am not satisafied with Vodafone because I have been used with 3G style of customer service (try to fit for your tone).
Your usage tracking displaying quite different quality of data from the first time I logged in, which was just within one month.
And my bill is wired - two months charge of $29 plan as $67 something. Is it equal even with GST?
Seriously doubt your service. Could you please calculate it manually and show it in MyVodafone properly?

New to the community, this may not be the right place to post this but I don't seem to be able to post a new message except replying to one ... so here goes ....
2 years of being a good pay master and loyal customer to Voda and I decided to speak to the Upgrage division on 1 June to determine if there is a good reason as to why I should continue with you guys ... and my conversation with Prashan confirms a big NO!
Instead of getting to the reason of my call I was grilled for 15 minutes with questions on my visa and residency status. For a while there I thought I've reached the immigration department instead of a phone company! What a joke! Anyway ... just to let you guys know that I will be terminating my contract upon expiry and will be moving on to another provider ... thanks for everything!

I'm Kevin a new member to Vodafone with my purchase of a Playstation Vita. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it as I am an avid gamer of many genres. I am an AFL fan as well as enjoying many other sports. I keep myself fit and enjoy walking my sisters dogs and taking them for a run around the park at times.
I know this may not be the right forum but if I could please get someone to message me how to get hold of my Wipeout2048 code for my Vita I would be very grateful. I satisfy all the eligibility requirements and it has been over 72 hours. If somebody could help me out online I'd very much appreciate it.
