why arent my calls free?

Hi,

 

Im on the $49 cap and recieve $450 of credit and my calls are meant to be free to all vodafone and 3 customers but the money is still being taken out of my credit yet it shows up as free on my bill.If i go over my cap because of a call to a vodafone or 3 customer im still billed when yet again its meant to be free

 

why is this?

It shows up as free on your bill? Does this mean you're not being charged for them on your bill? Are you able to confirm where you are being charged for them?

hi kirsty,

 

yes it shows up as free on my bill but the amount of money is still taken out of my credit when the call is to a vodafone or 3 customer.yes im able to confirm where im being charged as it appears on my monthy bills

i am being charged for them if i go over my cap and it still appears as $0 on my bills but i shouldnt be charged as my contract said unlimited calls to all vodafone and 3 customers

Hi kle_10,

 

Thanks for supplying me with this extra information. Can you confirm which column on your invoice is showing the charges? The first column will show how much you would have been charged, if it was a charged call. Amounts in this column are not necessarily deducted from your included value.

 

If there is a charge in the second column, though, you have been charged outside of your cap for the call.

it shows $0 in the second column but it still deducts it from my credit which defeats the purpose of getting free calls.like i said before if i go over my cap making a call to a vodafone or 3 customer it says $0 on my bill but charges me for it

I'm happy to confirm that you are not being charged for your calls to Vodafone and 3 customers, but in order to do so, I will need to access your account.

 

Can you send an email with your mobile number and PIN to online.help@vodafone.com.au and include 432CKJBE in the subject field?
