Hi Taidas,
I can certainly help you track down the progress of your online order.
Since placing your order online have you received a confirmation email? Please make sure you check your spam and junk mail as well, as these can filter through without you knowing.
You can also track your order with our online tracker here.
Please let me know how you go, as if you have any difficulties I can help you further.
Thanks,
Maddie

Thanks for giving me your order number, this will make tracking your order much easier.
So that I can give you some more specific information about what is happening with your order, I do need to confirm some more details with you.
I've sent you a private message with my contact information so that I can follow this up for you and get the information that I require.
Cheers,
-Bruno.

Dear Vodafone customers,
I would highly recommend that you do no select Vodafone as a service provider, as an existing Vodafone customer I have firsthand experience of the services they provide.
Their mobile network (coverage, penetration, quality) is absolutely poor, I have signed a 24month contract, and I receive no reception on my mobile handset when in my house, the gets signal if I leave my house, now this is highly impractical, I should not have to leave the comfort of my house to use this service.
I know that this is fact Vodafone couldn't have anticipated when I purchased the services, however it highlights the fact that there are massive defects in Vodafone’s services, and as a telecommunications providers they can't be considered by the consumer market as a viable competitor. I would suggest all to do extensive research before selecting Vodafone, my suggestion would be to go Telstra, at least you know they work!!.

It sounds as though you're experiencing issues with your service. I would really like to help you here and see what may be causing these issues.
If you would like to provide me with your post code, suburb and the device make and model you are using I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
You can also check for network updates of the new 850MHz in your area here simply by type in your post code.
I look forward to hearing from you and helping you further.
Thank you,
Bree
