most premium TXT have min cost to send and receive it depends on what plan you are on most often its not included

for your plan info which will tell you definitely whats included not included, if the plan isnt listed there then check myvodafone.com.au to determine what you are connected to.

Grumpyoldgreek is right, Premium TXT (19 numbers) is not included in our plans, and will be added to your bill as an excluded cost.

Hi Sarah,

                 Just to confirm with you about premium txt cost. I understand its excluded from normal contract/ cap, does this mean the charges are off set in the Anytime dollar? I am on a "Sim Only Plan $35." This entitles me to 1.5gb of Data and $550 Anytime dollar. I have posted before if I could use the Anytime dollar entitlement to purchase extra data and was told no, the Anytime dollar is only applicable to txt and voice calls. So does this mean that even the premium txt is billed as an excluded cost does this mean addition to the plan. i.e in my case $35 plus premium txt msg cost.

Yes, you're absolutely right. Premium TXTs are excluded from your $550 and are charged on top of your $35 each month.

Premium TXT services are provided by third parties and the third party has arrangements with us so that the cost for the service is charged on your bill.

On our website you can see what is included and excluded on your plan by clicking this link here and clicking on "What's included" under the Included Value on the left hand side of the table!
