I got the $65 infinite plan with the iphone 4s for $10 in febuary and payment option is direct debit. I previosly had a nokia e71 which I bought at dick smiths outright, and this was prepaid. when my iphone arrived I contacted VF to transfer my prepaid number to my iphone which after a couple of days and more phone calls they did. My problem is when I recieved my first bill I was expecting a bill of $150 but recieved a bill for $371.10. I have contacted VF but they say I had 2 services which I don't, so I have no intention of paying 371.10, i just don't want them to direct debit that ammount on the due date as I will pay 150.00 by b-pay.I can''t understand how they can make this mistake

I can help you work out what's going on and get it sorted out for you.

The second page of your bill will give a summary of the charges for the month. Are you able to have a look at this and let me know what the additional charges are for? You can access your bill through My Vodafone, and there is more information on how to view and read your bill on our website, here. A better idea of where these charges have come from will lead me towards a solution.

It's also worthwhile noting that your first Vodafone bill may be slightly higher than expected. This is due to the fact that, as we bill in advance, your first bill will have a pro rata charge for the period leading up to your first bill, plus one month in advance. The link to the Bill Explainer I posted above outlines this in more detail.

Please let me know what the additional charge is for so we can get to the bottom of this.
