Hi Stavros - which phone do you have? Some users have had a problem with these data packs, usually because of an outdate APN. The correct one is live.vodafone.com . Can you check this? If not, let me know which handset you're using and we'll go from there.

OK, some people have recently had problems adding data packs; this is on Vodafone's side. Assuming that's all OK, you can also try resetting the various wap & internet values via the OTA (over the air) page. Select your phone, fill in the boxes and the settings are sent to your phone.

You and Peter have run through some great troubleshooting in this thread - it's great to see! Did Peter's advice help to resolve the issue? What steps did you take to be able to add the data pack to your account using your Samsung Galaxy S II? If you could post step by step instructions for the resolution, that would be a great help to anyone else facing the same issue.
