cannot register Myvodafone online

Hi there, I just got my phone yesterday with 1 year contract. I tried to register myvodafone so that I can manage my accounet easily. I entered my mobile number it says "Sorry you have entered an incorrect username". I tried 04XXX or 614XXX , the system keep saying Sorry you have entered an incorrect username. I need a solution please!:womansad:

The reason that you are unable to register your service for My Vodafone, is that your number is automatically registered when you activate your service.

 

Can you please try logging in with your number and clicking the "forgot my password" button? Then simply follow the prompts to receive a temporary password via SMS. You can then log in and create your own password.

 

I've sent you a private message with my contact details, if you are unable to login to your profile, please let me know and I will reset you profile for you to register your number manually. 

 

In the meantime, if you have any other questions, I would be happy to take care of them for you.
