Someone told me that the calls to Crazy Johns vodafone are included in the free calls. Is this correct?

Thank you for posting up on the Vodafone community.

I believe that only calls form Vodafone to a Vodafone or 3 are free on selected caps and plans.

I have had a quick look on the internet and it seems that there are some cases when calling CJ is for free.

Let's wait till one of the guys on the community verifies this.

According to my who2Call app, all my Crazy John's friends, including myself are Vodafone.

My family on Vodafone have all been able to call me for free.

I would say, install the app for Android or iPhone. if it is saying vodafone, they argue, can they, it's their app.

This is something that we can definitely look into and clarify for you and all of our Crazy John's counterparts.

As Crazy Johns is a part of the Vodafone Hutchison Australia family all post paid plans over $29 include free calls between Vodafone and 3 and vice versa. This was instigated in late 2010 and if you have any queries regarding this then I will be happy to help.  It also may be depend on when the the plan was signed up with us and something that I can check out for you.

Another way to check would be to log into MyVodafone and check on the usage of the calls.  You should see whether they are a charged call or not and something that will appear on a bill as well.
