Upgrading early

Message 1 of 4 (1,352 Views)

Hi,

My current 24 month contract is due to expire in early December 2012, and I was wondering how early could I upgrade to a new phone and renew my contract without incurring an exit fee or entering a mobile payment plan?

Thanks,

KM

Hey KMKMKM,

Vodafone generally allows you to upgrade early in the last 3 months of your contract (that would be september to december) without incurring any early upgrade fees. That said it is always worth checking in store or on the phone (1555 from your Vodafone Mobile) to see what the official story is. They may also be able to give you a hand in which deal is best for you into the future.

Hope I Helped,

Lawstudent18 is right on the money!  What model phone are you looking at?

If you want to read up a bit more on upgrading your handset and contract we have a handy article here.  It also has all the links to contact us and where to find a store as well.

By all means, if you have any further questions let me know and I will be happy to help you.

Cheers,

Dana.
