I can see that you've been speaking with James via email and that we're currently getting this sorted for you. Sometimes the transition between prepaid and postpaid accounts can stir a little havoc on your My Vodafone but this only temporary. We'll have you back up and running in no time.
Are you still able to check your usage by sending a blank TXT to 1512?
We'll be back in touch soon, hopefully with some good news!

Sending a free blank text to 1512 is a great way to keep updated with your balances if you are able to access your My Vodafone account.
I can see that James is currently working on getting your My Vodafone account up and running and will be in contact with you via email once we have an update.

I am also having trouble logging into my, My Vodafone account - for the past few months the password i believe to be correct wont work, and my security question - which is my birthdate?! - wont work.
What can i do to get my, My Vodafone account reset or cancelled so i can just start again?

I can imagine this would be quite annoying! Rest assured I'll be able to reset your MyVodafone password for you.
In order to do this, I'll need a few account details from you. Account specifics cannot be discussed in the Community to protect your privacy, so I'll need these details from you via email.
Please send an email to online.help@vodafone.com.au with C677CSCMV in the subject field. I'll also need you to include the information listed in our email guide here.
Once I receive your email I'll be able to reset your password for you.
