I transitioned from prepaid to postpaid keeping my number.

 

I used to have a myvodafone account under prepaid and it worked well.

After moving to postpaid I couldn't log in and neither could I register for myvodafone.

 

I've called 1555 numerous times and they havent got back even once.

I really need to check my usage, modify certain information etc.

 

Can anyone help me out? I've just disconnected a call to 1555 after waiting for 35 minutes.

Because your plan type change MyVodafone might be having difficulties adjusting. Try registering for the service all over again - head to the MyVoda area and "Register for MyVodafone". I know you're registered already as you said, but worth a shot to see if it works!

Wonder what it takes for someone from Vodafone to reply to this thread.

Transferring from prepaid to postpaid involves quite a change in the way your account works, and it is likely that you will need to register for My Vodafone again.

 

Calling 1555 was a great step to getting this resolved, and it's a shame they were so busy when you called. Our expected wait time to speak with one of the team can be seen here.

 

If you're unable to get the registration process to work for you, we can help out here. Send us an email to online.help@vodafone.com.au with the unique code C734CJFMV as the subject, and include the information requested in our email guide here. We'll have you up and running as quickly as possible.

 

In the meantime, you are still able to access your usage by sending a blank TXT to 1512.

I've heard back from Vodafone. They are as clueless as ever

 

They've replied:

 

" as you have just transferred to prepay there can be a delay of up to 3-4 weeks with our system"

 

Hello!, I transferred FROM prepaid... not to prepaid.

And 3-4 weeks! 

 

I'm ready to give up.
