The New iPad Bill (Postpaid)

Message 1 of 2 (468 Views)

Hi,

I have been charged three times (direct debit/BPAY)  for the same amount of money of a month's bill. I called up Vodafone after seeing my bank account being charged for the third time of the same amount. The customer service said it would be credited in my next month's bill. Later in the night, I received an invoice from Vodafone regarding the same amount of money which is said to be overdue. Please clarify, I hope you look into this as soon as possible. If any receipts are required, I will provide them.

Regards,

Rachel

Generally, if an account is overpaid or double paid, then the extra amount will go on to the account as a credit, which will come off your next invoice. That is definitely one of your options.

If leaving the account in credit until next month isn't an option, then I would be happy to look at alternatives for you. I cab even arrange a refund for the amount in credit if you like!

Are you able to send me an email with your details so I can access your account?

I will send you a PM with my email address, which you can access by following the link here. If you send through your details, I will be able to access your account and find a solution suitable for you.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll keep an eye out for an email from you.

Cheers,

Nick
