Service in my Area is still worse than useless depite promised upgrades.

Message 1 of 3 (272 Views)

Hi,

I am here once again now that it is June after the supposed upgrades in my area during may were supposed to improve my reception.

Guess what, it hasn't, if anything most times it is worse in Leopold Victoria than it had been before.

I have had a discount for the last 3 months which was supposed to make me feel better.

Well that warm & fuzzy feeling has long since gone & my ear is cold trying to get a signal from my North facing window so that I can receive or send txts or actually ring someone. if i want to talk to someone on my Galaxy 2S, the static is bad enough not to be able to hear the other person or it cuts in and out so that I don't get every word. A little difficult with a phone interview!

No I didn't get the job. Thhis s more than frustrating.

It is not the phone as i have tried the sim of my daughter (who is on 3- much better- go figure) and husband on the Big T. Reception is great in most places in my house.

I have another 18 months of this crap contract to go. What is the point?

I should have stayed with 3 but you guys promised me there would be no change in reception.

Bull!

Oh & I forgot to mention, I have been predominately using 2 G as suggested back in March. It makes no difference to my reception at all.

It's really unfortunate to see you have not been seeing the benefits of our network rollout. I'd definitely like to look at a couple of other options for you, and if you could email back through with the code you have been provided, and attention it to myself, that would be great, and allow me to assist you further.

I can understand how ongoing network issues are a poor experience, and I look forward to speaking with you again.

Kind Regards,

James.
