Been waiting over 24 hours to have my vodafone prepay number ported to new vodafone contract sim for iPhone it's still not done how long does it normally take

Thank you for your post and for your patience in this matter, it’s really appreciated.

This process can take some time, however I would like to follow this up for you.

Has your Vodafone prepaid sim stopped working as yet? This would indicate that the process is underway.

Also, have you spoken with our friends at Activations yet? If not you are able to contact them on the following number 1300 101 606.

Please let me know this information as soon as possible so we can get this resolved for you quickly
