Hi there,
I found out that vodafone had a phone on offer that three didn't and was so excited to find out the I could afford it so i left work to go to my closest store.
I was "served" by a terribly rude, abbrupt, stuck up asian female. I am not prejudice so I apologise if I sound that way. I didn't get her name but i know she wasn't the tallest one there who I was serving someone else and was smiling, happy and seemed like she liked her job.
I only got one word responses, was corrected very rudely when I called it a blackberry slide and brought up my three details but could not tell me anything on the account and I just seemed like a thorn in her side.
she was also looking everywhere else except at me when she started the "serve" me. I run a team and who for a large organisation that is driven by customer service. I was so horrified by the reception that i left without a phone.
I would like someone to talk to this person because I am so traumatised that I have no intention of getting a blackberry with vodafone. I will be looking elsewhere. How can someone be treated so badly at such a premier location!
I don't recall ever getting this treatment at any other telco store.

Hi Bessie,
It really is unfortunate that you have received horrible service (it makes me feel horrible to hear that you have walked away from one of our stores feeling this way) and wish to assist you further as that is not the service we want our customers to experience. I will certainly pass on your feedback.
There is certainly a way you can receive the phone you want without you needing to enter one of our stores
If it's a phone you're excited to have, then why not have it? You can easily move from 3 to Vodafone by calling 3 on 1300 551 186. One of their friendly representatives will happily assist you moving your services to Vodafone and will have the phone you want sent out to you by courier.
Thanks,
Cait

Hi,
I do not go to the Town Hall Store.
But at my local Vodafone store every time I go I am served by rude staff who treat me quite frankly like I am below their level of intelligence and am not worth their time.
When going to make enquiries about upgrades I was simply given vague estimations off the top of the employees head and no one bothered to actually look at my account or make an effort to give me some exact details.
Every time I go into the store I see extremely un happy customers who lose their temper at the inadequate service provided by the employees.

You are worth our time and I'd like to personally apologise that you were made to feel otherwise. Thank you for letting us know your experience, I can assure you this isn't the experience we want for our customers.. Could you please let me know which your loca Vodafone Store is so I can feed this on to my manager to pass on to the relevant store.

I can look into your account and help you with anything you need and I can also see James is helping you here on your other post.
Please let me know as I'd be happy to help.
Thank you,
Charlotte
