I'm trying to claim the 2GB of DropBox space that's supposed to come with my Data Pack. See:
http://www.vodafone.com.au/personal/mobile-interne
Specifically: "As a Vodafone customer Dropbox is giving you 2GB of extra Dropbox storage free. Offer ends 31 August 2012 (Unless extended)"
I've sent the text message, and got a reply. It contains not a code, but a link -- to http://www.vodafonecustomer.mobi/dboxvf/?xxxx
For the curious: no, that last bit isn't "xxxx", I removed that bit as it may be specific to me.
The problem is that that website linked to is a domain parking search page, and doesn't give me a dropbox coupon code.
How do I proceed with claiming my dropbox space?

Hmmm, might have put this in the wrong section. Didn't realise this section was specifically for billing.

Hi Bloodnok,
I hope your weekend is off to a great start.
That's fine that you have posted this query under billing, I will add some tags when I have answered your questions.

If you don't mind I will just ask you a few questions in order to determine what is happening. It's fantastic that you're choosing to take up the Dropbox offer.
I have located another link regarding more information on the Dropbox offer Here. Can you please confirm the type of device you're using and if you have downloaded the Dropbox Application?
I look forward to your response, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Cheers,
Amy

I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and I've added a $5 mobile internet pack to my plan. This qualifies me for the offer according to the page you have linked to.
The procedure I'm following is this one:
http://a4.eservicesesp.com/cts/click?q=152%3B15109
My problem is between steps 1 and 2. The reply I get to the text does NOT have a coupon code in it, it contains a web link to a URL which is in the hands of a domain parking search page, and just provides a bunch of paid "search" links, not anything remotely like a coupon code.
I have tried this with and without the Dropbox app installed, not that I can see how this would affect anything.

Your right you should be able to get an additional 2GB of Dropbox storage, as you are eligible to receive this with your added mobile Internet pack.

The steps you've been following are certainly the correct ones to claim your complimentary Dropbox storage and from here I would like you to please send me through an email. This will allow me to confirm some personal details and view your account.
It would also be great if you could please attach a screen shot of the reply message you receive from 126222, within your email. This will help me determine what's happening and allow me to provide you with the next course of action.
I've sent you a Private Message advising how and what information to send through. You can access this message by clicking here or by clicking on the little grey envelope at the top right hand side of the screen.
I look forward to your email and I'm confident working together we will get to the bottom of what's causing you this issue.
Thanks,
Maddie
