Online Store, Order Status

Hi, I ordered a Pocket Wifi modem 2 weeks ago and as yet have had no updates on the status of my order. I have called the Sales number twice and been told the first time that I would receive the product within 1-2 days and on the second occasion told that the status would be updated soon. As an existing customer I didn't expect the process to take so long and I am now considering cancelling the order.


My order number is VF100085454


Any information would be much appreciated
