My latest Vodafone bill

Hi There,

 

I just got off the phone with your call centre and quite frankly am very unhappy, I received a bill for $506 due Jun 8 which is WAY more than what my bills usually amount too, I rang Vodafone and spoke to a guy i think he said his name was Saverio.

 

I explained i hadn't used the phone anymore than usual and have my phone (Iphone 3GS) on the setting which stops random data roaming of my phone.

 

To be perfectly blunt after going around in circles with him he kept telling me that i must of used more than usual and that my accessing Facebook/hotmail etc may have caused it.

 

If that were the case then considering i've been using the phone for over 2 years wouldnt i have been receiving much higher bills prior to this months billing cycle?

 

He offered me a 20% discount which i feel is insulting considering, i have been a loyal Vodafone customer for 8 years and have always paid my bills with no issues.

 

As i have trouble understanding your colleagues in the overseas call centres could i please request that someone from the Australian operations contacts me?

 

When i look at my bill the figure for the data roaming does not seem to add up to what the bill says is due
