My 12 months contract has been finished and I would like to ending it now. As I am a Overseas student and I have already go back to my country, and I am not using theAU number anymore.
I tried to call the customer care team on 1555 by my vodafone sim card, but it does work.

Are you wanting to keep the mobile number attached to your Vodafone service? This can be done by organising a port with a new provider and will automatically cancel your service with Vodafone.
Are you planning on returning to Australia in future? If so I can arrange to transfer your number to a prepaid service. This will keep the number active for when you come back to Australia.
