I'm currently on a 24 month Plan for 25 bucks per month for 24 months I'm just wondering if i could change my data bundle that i have to a 12 month plan... Its the same cost per month it just gives me the option to have a better deal if say this time next year you offer say 18GB plans (subtle hint btw). At the time i didnt realise there was 12 month plans.. Domestic blindness XP
If i have to pay 300 Bucks to change it to a 12 month plan its just stupid and not worth it..
Btw another random thing i believe you should do is work your cancellation cost by this formula Months left on plan X Handset repayments + current months Bill (or next months bill) .. It just seems Unfair and wrong to charge someone full price for a service they will no longer be using..

Mobile Internet packs are great as they supply you with a generous amount of data and allow you to do more of the things you love, including but not excluding; downloading more apps, uploading more photos and browsing the web for longer.
If you cancel your data pack prior to the end date of your contract, then you will have to pay out the remaining months left.
What phone plan are you currently on? Our $25 Jumbo pack includes 8GB of data, which is quite a lot. Are you finding that your exceeding the included data?
At the end of the day I want you to be happy and if your current usage habit's require more data, I can certainly look into what options you have. To do this I'll need to take our conversation to email, as I'll need to confirm some personal information before accessing your account and this can't be done publicly.
I've sent you a private message advising how and what information to send through. You can access this message by clicking here.
My main priority is to make sure your satisfied with your Vodafone service and I look forward to working with you further.

I work in insurance and we actually get cancellations like that all the time.. and we are legally obliged to offer a refund of the remaining term... so thats sorta where i'm coming from... even in the case we're person is set up on a month to month bases through a premium funding they just stop paying that....
I cant see why its one way for one finacial insitution and not the same for another...
your smart lawstudent can you explain it to me

Well i get that ... and if i decided to end a contract i'm more than happy to pay full RRP on my phone... and i dont actually plan to end my contract.. I'm just sorta curious... and i actually wanna be able to get more out of my Data Bundle.. like if they bring a new Data offer i wanna be able to upgrade to something bigger and better...
And the data bundle is the equivelent of a Sim only plan on my service.. i dont wanna end my service completely i judt want my data to be 12 months not 24 .. cause with technology going the way it is its likely that Mobile data plans will spike and get bigger.. and if i could have gotten more than 8GB i would hav e.. If you havent already guessed i'm a big user of internet and a broadband plan in my house isnt good enough because i'm on the road more often than not.. and finding a WiFi Hotspot is hard as they are few and far between.. at least decent ones...
