I'm leaving Australia and need to cancel my month-to-month plans but would like to change my mobile phone plan from Post-paid to pre-paid so I can keep my number. Can I do this without calling 1555??

I can certainly help you to change your phone to prepaid. How long are you going overseas for? Are you wanting to use this while you're overseas or so you have the number when you return? I'd recommend recharging with a 365 day recharge so the service won't be disconnected.
