Hi! i'd like to cancel my contract which expired on january. i would like to continue using vodafone but use a prepaid account and same number. can you do that for me?

Is there a particular reason that you're looking at cancelling the service? I'd hate to see you leave us over something that I might be able to fix for you, so if you're having issues with your mobile broadband, please let me know and I'll look into them right away for you.
If you simply no longer require your mobile broadband service, I can certainly arrange the disconnection for you. I'm an overseas student studying abroad in Australia. I've returned to my country, therefore wish to cancel my contract which expired on July this year. I have sent an email to 3vcg@three.com.au for contract canceling, however I really like to get it done ASAP. Can you assist me on this issue. Thank you.

It's sad to see that you're looking at cancelling your service with us however under the circumstances I certainly understand your decision to do so. I'd be more than happy to ensure your request is arranged for you as quickly as possible.
One thing to keep in mind especially if you're in contract is that there may be an Early Termination Fee should you wish to cancel your number. The Early Termination Fee will be calculated by your Plan's Monthly Access Fee multiplied by the amount of months you have remaining on your contract. If you are also paying off a mobile via our Mobile Payment Plan option the remaining balance owing towards your phone will also be charged out.
May I ask is there the possibility that you'll be returning to Australia again in the not too distant future? The reason I ask this is there are also options available to ensure your number remains active such as switching your number over to Vodafone Prepaid. By switching to Prepaid and recharging on our 365 Days recharge offer allows your number to remain active for the same period. If you need a little longer simply recharge again before the 365 Day period is up (also known as your call credit expiry period for this offer) and your credit will be extened for a further 365 Days.
