Can I arrange a new phone plan to start on the day my old one finishes?

Hi Katie. Yes you can. You can upgrade to a new plan within the last 3 months of your current contract as long as your account is up to date.

Thank you for your post, I can deffinltey help!

The good news as KatTrikilis has suggested (Thanks Kat!) Is that you can absolutely organise to be upgraded the day you are out of commitment with your old plan.

Are you looking to upgrade to any new plan in particular?  If you are not sure, I have included a link here to all our new plans. I would recommend our Infinite plans for post pay-very cool.

You are able to upgrade by calling our friends in Customer Care on 1555, or I can help organise a call for you from our wonderful Upgrades Team to proceed with this request as well.
