Hi I had a call barrier put on my phone due to an overdue amount while I was overseas. I got back Friday and fixed all the account. But the call barrier is still here till now. I went to a Vodafone store and they told me that I have wait till the payment is received. Vodafone have already received the payment! I checked it through my Vodafone n it says that all the overdue amount has been paid. How come the barrier is still here??

I can certainly help you with this.
If you calls are still barred, this indicates that we haven't yet received your payment. Bpay payments take longer to process and you should allow 2-5 working days for this to be processed. Which day did you make your payment on?

I paid my amount last Fri btw.
As payments can take up to 2-5 business days to process, your payment should clear through our systems this week as they would not have processed over the weekend.
It would be great to take a look into your account to ensure the payment has been received on our end and is processing. I've sent you a Private Message with my email contact details for you to forward your Vodafone account information to.
