I received an e-mail (see below) inviting me to upgrade my current broadband plan with a half price monthly fee for the first three months of a new 12 month plan and a new Pocket WiFi2.

I tried telephoning the Upgrades Team this evening and found out that it has closed.

May I get someone to contact me so I can take up this offer.
