Hi, Today I received a reply from 12900, and it includes Excl Amt: $39, when I checked unbilled usage details how come vodafone decided to put my march usage details (14 - 16 March) in April Bill ( start 8 April 2012) - this is like 3 weeks ago, where is should be included in March bill (8 March - 7 April), if it's only 2 or 3 days different for your system to update my internet usage, i'm okay with that...but this is like 3 weeks, something must be wrong.

It's great that you're checking your usage via txt message, and that you've logged into MyVodafone to view the charges you weren't sure of - this is exactly the right thing to do! I can clear up any questions you have about the usage.
We did have an issue in March that may have impacted your service - we've explained it in a little detail here. Have you recieved a txt message from us about the usage display issue? As long as you didn't exceed your cap in March, we will credit the charges on your April bill.
If you check your bill after it's been produced on April 8, and you have any questions or concerns, just post back here - I will help!

So maybe I did exceed my cap in March, but this is because I didn't know about this announcement.
"For some customers, usage between the 11th and 16th of March was not rated within our normal 48 hour time frame. This issue was corrected on the 11th of April."
But I never received a text message regarding this announcement.
My Bill is issued on 9 April 2012: $68.12 Due on 2 May 2012
But when I logged on to myVodafone: it says $29.23 Due on 2 may 2012
