Hi Guys
I have 2 services with Vodafone...I subscribed to a Mobile broadband package on 8-Feb, and then added a phone plan to the same account on 14th Feb.
As per the website, I should be receiving a 10% discount on the 2nd service i.e. the phone plan. However, so far I've had 2 bills issued for the same without the discount being applied. The third bill is about to be issued, and customer service has told me they have no record of it.
On friday 13-Apr-12 I took this up with the Vodafone store in Chadstone SC (VIC), and they filled out a form to action which would credit me back for the past bills without the discount and also to apply a recurring 10% credit on the account.
Can someone from the support team please check if that has been actioned?
I'm otherwise quite satisfied with the service I'm getting.

I can certainly take a look into your account for you and see if this 10% has been added to your account.
How did you purchase the two devices? was it online or over the phone?

Both the services were purchased in-store, from CBD-based stores (Bourke/Elizabeth St and Elizabeth St)

I too have recently added a second service to my account believing what the Vodafone Rep said that I would get a 10% discount on the plan. However the first bill arrived and no discount. I called the Customer Care [india] and they couldn't seem to help me. Why is this so difficult?

It shouldn't be -I'm sorry. If we've promised you 10% off that's what we'll give you, I'd like to take a look at your account and help you get this added on.
