Hi,
I would like to cancel the insurance that I have in my cap, what do I have to do? Do I have to call the insurance team?

Hi feliciaparta,
Is there a particular reason you wish to cancel your insurance? Once insurance is cancelled it can not be re added to your services later on.
The quickest way to have your insurance cancelled is by contacting our customer care team on 1555, a free call from your Vodafone number or on 1300 650 410 from any other number. Otherwise, if you would prefer to keep it online, I'd be happy to arrange this for you and I've sent you a private message with my email contact details for you to forward your Vodafone account information to.
