Hello my wife has an evo 3d but android market hasn't upgraded to google play store

The app store should update itself to the Google Play store automatically. Have you tried resetting the handset? Please also ensure that you have the latest firmware available installed on your wifes Evo 3D, so that any changes will go through straight away!

The phone has been reset and still its android market. When manually search for updates it's saying that none is available

The current version of Android available for the HTC Evo 3D is 2.3.4, is your wife's phone running this version? Also, do you have background data switched off on the phone? If so, this may prevent the Android Market automatically updating to the Google Play Store. I recommend either switching background data back on to see if the update completes or to check for Application updates in the Android Market.

It is running android 2.3.4 and background data is enabled and it's not updating to play store

Thanks for letting me know.

As the Market is an application, there should be an option to update the application itself, rather than the phone's firmware. Can you please go in to the Market application, and check if any updates are available?
