Hi,
I've been trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy Nexus through Vodafone website but it doesn't give me a proper code. Instead it comes up with this
Handset Unlock Procedure for IMEI: 351745*****8914
Your unlock code is: i9250 Nexus Galaxy
.0 Manufacturer/Model: Samsung_i9250 Nexus Galaxy
As I am overseas and need to unlock the handset. Please help

You can submit this issue by clicking on the grey "difficulties" button, which is located at the bottom of our handset unlock instructions page.
Here you can forward your details to our handset unlocking team who will be able to assist you within four business days.

Hello Maddie,
I did what you suggested, but no one has contacted me so far. Meanwhile I tried to get the unlock code again through the website, this time it did give me a 8 digit unlock code, but when I try to put that code on the phone it says "Network unlock request unsuccessful".

Being overseas with a locked phone is not a great situation to be in, so I'd really like to get this fixed for you as quickly as possible.

You should have received an email within 4 working days from our Handset Unlocking team. Have you checked the spam or junk folders of your email account?

I want to take a closer look at what is happening with the code that you've received form the unlocking tool, so I've sent you a private message with my contact information so that I can follow this up for you.
