iOS/ Android: iOS and Android

App name: TripView by Grofsoft

What's it all about? : A handy app containing Sydney Train, Bus and Ferry Timetables. The app also includes maps, service inforamtion, directions to stations and alarms. TripView updates maps roughly once a month and an internet connection is not required to view timetables once updated. You can create trips where you can have a bus connect to a train and then to a ferry or a combination of a the three. You can save a number of these trips for quick access later. When viewing a train timetable you can even view as it would at the train station on the blue timetable screens. Settng up a trip can be done by choosing a station/wharf/stop, suburb, route, distance or by map. The developers at Grofsoft are really helpful if you discover any issues with the app and are quick to make corrections. Well worth the $3 on the App Store or Android Market. It is also available in the lite edition for free. TripView is a great app!
