I have a Samsung P7500 Galaxy Tab I had send it to overseas with my wife,
before sending it, I had call vodafone and unlock the tab,
when she reached there it was unlock. She moved different city so she was changing the Sims,
when she change the forth sim the tab asks for unlocking code. She entered 1234, then 00000, then she called me,
I went to vodafone.com.au/unlocking and get the unlocking code. She entered it, but its giving message that network unlocking is unsuccessful.
Then I jump to customer care, they said you will received a master unlocking within 48 hours in your email.
I waited 3 days. I called again they said sorry its delayed because of Easter break. I said its OK, they said will get code on email in 48 hours, I informed him that I am also going to overseas on 11th of April, and on that day it was 10th April. He said don't worry you will received in email for sure.
Now today is 14th of April. No email address to get support on website not email address. Now I am really passed on vodafone.
I am making this post in community now... Better I need some answers.
One more thing, I also try to check with PUK lock thing. But I entered 5 more different sim, but no network. but same sim different phone full network..
so its not the PUK issue.

I would be more than happy to take a look into this and speak with the network unlocking team on your behalf. Thanks for using the online form to contract our Unlocking Team, generally they respond to all requests within 5 business days however from your post it seems like there may be some unexpected delays as a result of the Easter break.
