Can't say I blame you. All the best John!
Tim, any chance of the information update from the Tech's review you mentioned last Friday that we would get "early next week"?

There's no news to share as yet.
Don't read anything into it other than it isn't confirmed yet. The delay doesn't mean news either way, it's just taking longer than expected.
I'll share any update as soon as I lay hands on news ![]()

Delay's don't just happen, there is always a reason.

haha there sure is. I'm not too sure what I'm being....
The fact John appears to have been released from contract is cause for concern. If the update was coming surely the retention team would offer a free month or two with an offer of reassessment after release. Marketing 101 is it's cheaper to retain a customer than it is to recruit a customer.

Hi guys,
The 3.2 update for the Galaxy Tab 10.1v has been approved.
We'll confirm the details of the release and get a timeframe to you as soon as we can confirm it between us and Samsung. But for now, I wanted to get the news to you guys as quickly as possible.
Testing is completed, the update is approved and I'm going back to dinner.
As soon as I hear the dates for a release I'll confirm it here.
And we'll confirm it on the blog for you tomorrow.
Thanks
Tim

Your philosophies and commitment to customer service is something you should be proud of. As someone who is responsible for part of a large organisation's social media I would never bother to take time out from any meal, let alone a dinner of importance, to deliver messages.
Thanks Tim.

Brilliant. Thank you Tim (and the rest of Vodafone)! Looking forward to running the new build on my Tab.
