DO you guys still stock these? As i upgraded my plan over the phone a few days ago and I asked for one and they said no problem, however i have still not been given a consignment number (my father who ordered the s2 at the same time recieved his within a day). I called up and they said wait a few more days, but if you no longer stock them I would rather just cancel the upgrade altogether

While the Sensation XE was a very popular handset, the handset was made "End of Life" recently and is no longer available for purchase through our Online and Telesales channels.

Is there another handset that you would like instead of the Sensation XE?

hey mate thnaks for your reply, i called up your customer service line just a few hours ago and tried to sort this out with them. They were able to change my phone to just the standard HTC Sensation and the handset will be shipped to me shortly, i will post on here again if there are any problems.
